SECTION 1 - LITTER REGISTRATION *

- DESIGNER YORKIES will sign AKC/APR litter registration when the owner of the female applies for litter with the sire owned by DESIGNER YORKIES.

SECTION 2 - INTEGRITY OF SIRE *

- The dam owner will not allow the female to be bred by another male than the one listed in this contract.

SECTION 3 - PICK OF LITTER *

- DESIGNER YORKIES and its owner has the right to pick a puppy after viewing the entire litter. The dam owner will not hide any of the puppies born as a result of the matings from DESIGNER YORKIES. DESIGNER YORKIES will be allowed to pick out of all the puppies which one to take as payment for the stud service. DESIGNER YORKIES WILL NOT BE FORCED to pick from the litter sooner than 6 weeks from the date of whelping. A fine of $1,000 per live puppy will be assessed to the female owner if it is found that the female owner has attempted to hide any puppies from the stud owner/DESIGNER YORKIES. This fee must be paid within 30 days of written notice by DESIGNER YORKIES. Failure to pay the fee's will result in legal action taken by DESIGNER YORKIES in order to procure the fees. 4. DESIGNER YORKIES will bear the burden and any cost in accordance with picking up the pick of litter puppy.

SECTION 4 - WAIVER OF LIABILITY *

- The dam owner releases DESIGNER YORKIES and its owners/representatives from any and all liability associated with but not limited to the breeding of the dam. The dam owner and anyone accompanying the dam owner waives any and all liability to their persons and physical wellness while on the property.

SECTION 5 - ONE PUPPY SITUATION *

- If only one puppy is born (or remaining alive at 8 weeks) DESIGNER YORKIES will retain the right to half of the value of the one puppy. DESIGNER YORKIES will not stipulate the sale value of the puppy, but DESIGNER YORKIES will aid in the sale of a singleton puppy and forward half of the proceeds to the dam owner if dam owner has DESIGNER YORKIES facilitate the sale.

SECTION 6 - STUD FEE PAYMENT *

-The stud fee must be paid in full before an attempt for tie/mating is allowed. If for any reason the stud fails to tie the female and the option to collect and manually insert the sperm is not utilitized , DESIGNER YORKIES will give the stud fee monies back immediately and before the dam owner leaves the premises.

SECTION 7 - LIABILITY WAIVER *

- The dam owner releases DESIGNER YORKIES and its owners/representatives from any and all liability associated with but not limited to the breeding of the dam. This includes any accident or injury to the dam herself or any persons or animals accompanying the dam for the breeding. Dam owner waives any accident liability to the dam even after leaving the premises where the stud is located.

SECTION 8 - BURDEN OF EVIDENCE *

-The stud owner/DESIGNER YORKIES may ask for veterinary evidence that the dam did indeed fail to become pregnant on a prior breeding, the burden of cost will lie with DESIGNER YORKIES to pay for vet tests. Burden of delivery of dam to the veterinary clinic will be by the dam owner.

SECTION 9 - AGREEMENT TO TERMS *

-The dam owner/representative signs this contract and agrees to all the terms laid out in sections 1-9. Dam owner/representative understands that no other agreements are meant or implied and has filled out this form truthfully and to the best of his/her knowledge.
