Or REBREED? *SECTION 1 - LITTER REGISTRATION * - DESIGNER YORKIES will sign AKC litter registration when the owner of the female applies for litter with the sire owned by DESIGNER YORKIES.SECTION 2 - RESTUD SERVICE *- DESIGNER YORKIES will provide a return stud service to the same female listed in this agreement if the matings fail to produce a pregnancy.SECTION 3 -SEMEN TRANSPORT *-In the case where sperm its shipped, any semen transportation fees and semen collection fees will the responsibility of the female owner in the case where stud semen is shipped out and the insemination did not result in a pregnancy.SECTION 4 - NOTIFY OF FAILURE TO CONCEIVE * -In the case where the dam fails to become pregnant with either the female being present or semen being shipped, the female owner has 70 days from the date of this contract to notify DESIGNER YORKIES and request a return stud service on the next heat cycle of the dam listed in this contract.SECTION 5 - STUD AVAILABILITY * -When return stud service is granted to the dam owner, DESIGNER YORKIES must provide another stud if the stud in this contract is unavailable.SECTION 6 - STUD FEE PAYMENT * -The stud fee must be paid in full before an attempt for tie/mating is allowed. If for any reason the stud fails to tie the female and the option to collect and manually insert the sperm is not utilitized , DESIGNER YORKIES will give the stud fee monies back immediately and before the dam owner leaves the premises.SECTION 7 -DUAL SIRE * -The dam owner will not allow the dam to be bred by another male than the one listed in this contract unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Failure to do so will render this contract void.SECTION 8 - CARE OF PUPPY * -The dam owner will not allow any puppies as a result of this mating to be sold to retail puppy stores.SECTION 9 - LIABILITY WAIVER * - The dam owner releases DESIGNER YORKIES and its owners/representatives from any and all liability associated with but not limited to the breeding of the dam. This includes any accident or injury to the dam herself or any persons or animals accompanying the dam for the breeding. Dam owner waives any accident liability to the dam even after leaving the premises where the stud is located. SECTION 10 - DEFINITION OF A LITTER * -One live puppy born constitutes a litter and fulfills the burden of a litter as constituted in this contract.SECTION 11 - BURDEN OF EVIDENCE * -The stud owner DESIGNER YORKIES may ask for veterinary evidence that the dam did indeed fail to become pregnant on a prior breeding, the burden of cost will lie with the dam owner to pay for vet tests such as an ultrasound, or x ray. Burden of delivery of dam to the veterinary clinic will be by the dam owner.SECTION 12 - AGREEMENT TO TERMS * -The dam owner/representative signs this contract and agrees to all the terms laid out in sections 1-12.
